The production line can operate stably for 16 to 20 hours a day (adjusted according to actual parameters), with stable single-shift production capacity (40,000 standard diapers can be produced per hour), meeting the demands of bulk orders.
Maintainability
The equipment has a simple structural design. The replacement process for easily worn parts (such as blades and conveyor belts) is straightforward and does not require a professional technical team. Local maintenance personnel of the customer can operate it after a short period of training, reducing the waiting time for cross-border maintenance.
