Structural Design of Finished Adult Diapers

1. Absorbent Core Module: Blends upper and lower tissue wraps with a homogeneous mixture of fluff pulp and Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP).

2. Comfort and Protection Layers: Applies hydrophilic non-woven top sheets, Acquisition Distribution Layers (ADL) for fast fluid dispersion, and hydrophobic non-woven leak guards for superior side-leak protection.

3. Secure Fastening Components: Integrates elastic waist bands, breathable PE back sheets, color pattern landing zones, and heavy-duty release tape fasteners.
